He has no criminal background nor a juvenile record and just letting everyone know that he would never do anything like this to any child. I have known Larry for 30 yrs he has watched my kids we also lived in a trailer park surrounded by friends and many kids but no complaints.  Putting him on the registry as well as wrongfully imprisoning him for lack of understanding is very misleading to US citizens.
